About the retreat
Nurture at Sea brings together newborn care specialists and doulas for a week of bonding, networking, and real rest with people who understand the work. A welcome day in Miami kicks things off, then it's seven nights sailing to Puerto Plata, San Juan, and MSC's private island in the Bahamas together.

Guest Speakers
Amy Washington is a certified, licensed Postpartum Nutrition Specialist as well as Certified Postpartum Doula, NCS, CLC, Parent Educator, traveling 24/7 doula and a host of other birth related trainings with almost 20 years experience.
Andrea Holifield, LPN is the founder of The Delivery Room Agency, a Licensed Practical Nurse, and an experienced Advanced Certifed Newborn Care Specialist, and Sleep Trainer. With a background in private household staffing, she is passionate about helping caregivers elevate their careers, expand their opportunities, and thrive in the luxury childcare industry.
LaTory “Ms. Tory” Whitney is a U.S. Navy veteran, full-spectrum doula, certified childbirth educator, and Newborn Care Specialist. As the creator of Sacred Sleep, she is passionate about helping families and caregivers embrace a gentler, more intentional approach to infant sleep, nurturing connection, confidence, and meaningful rest.
