FILLED - PART-TIME WORK/FULL-TIME LIVE-IN NANNY | SHELTER, ISLAND AND BROOKLYN, NY

I have a fun family on Shelter Island, NY, who is seeking a part-time work/full-time live-in childcare provider for their 15-month-old girl - Maya. They live on Shelter Island, NY, due to COVID, but will transition to Brooklyn once the peak reduces. The position is perfect for an experienced entry-level nanny. They will provide a great living space and all food/meals as part of the position.

Maya is an adorable baby in a fun stage of development -- learning movement and communication every day! Nanny should be present and engaged at all times with the child.

The nanny will have their own living space with a bedroom, bathroom, study space, and a partial kitchen. They are hoping for 4-5 hours/day on weekdays and 2hrs/ day on weekends (flexible). Timing can be organized around an academic schedule or online work schedule.

Both parents will be working remotely from home. Shelter Island is a lovely place to live -- their home is on the water, and the nanny will have full use of boats, paddleboards, bikes, etc., during their downtime. In Brooklyn, they live in a vibrant neighborhood near Prospect Park.

They ask that the nanny exercise all safety precautions pertaining to COVID 19 before and during their time with the family, and we will do the same.

COVID vaccinated nanny required or nanny planning to obtain the vaccine within the next few weeks.

The position begins May 2021.
