FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY | EAST HAMPTON, NY

A close knit family in East Hampton is seeking a full-time Live-out Nanny with toddler experience. They are seeking a warm nanny with a great personality and who loves what they do. The nanny should be engaging and present while working. The nanny should also be great at knowing how to do age-appropriate activities and know childhood development.

Work Schedule

M-F - 9:30 am – 5:00/5:30 pm

Description

The little guy takes 2 naps a day and has a great schedule. The candidate should have knowledge of changing schedules as the child grows older.

This is a multi-cultural home so the candidate must be comfortable with this. Both parents work from home while and will pop in and out from time to time but they are not helicopter parents. The candidate should be okay with parents working from home.

You should be a strong swimmer as there is an open living room that leads to the pool.

There will be no deep cleaning, but light housekeeping is expected. That means maintaining the home's cleanliness by cleaning up messes made, i.e., spills, putting the toys away, the children's laundry, maintaining the cleanliness of the children's room, preparing meals for their little one, etc. The nanny should be present and engaging at all times. They would love someone who is clean and can drive (not a deal-breaker). The family wants someone who will stay a minimum of one year and become part of the family.

The family wants a COVID-vaccinated nanny and someone who is still COVID conscious.

The position begins as soon as the right candidate is found.

Job Requirements

3 years experience minimum in a paid professional nanny position. Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Hyper Organized and Attention to detail Being supportive and skilled at taking notes and direction Paid Vacation and Sick days
