FILLED - Night Nanny / Newborn Care Specialist / LPN

Temporary Night Nanny / Newborn Care Specialist / Night Nurse

My client is looking for a Night Nanny with newborn experience (preferably an LPN or a Newborn Care Specialist).

Hours: 10 pm to 6 am

Rate of Pay: $20 per hour

Start Date: On call as of June 14th as due date is the end of June and baby could arrive early.

Duties: Prepare before beginning shift and clean bottles at the end of each shift. Changing diapers Attending to baby's needs throughout the night Taking baby to mom if she is breastfeeding Cleaning breast pump parts and having them prepared for mom for next pumping session. Must have knowledge of reflux and colic care. Sleep conditioning knowledge is a plus Keeping an electronic log of babies nightly activities (feeds, diaper changes, etc.) Must have a pleasant unobtrusive personality. References and an extensive background check is a must (No credit or driving record check)

Must have an active LPN license with the State of Alabama or have successfully passed a Newborn Care Specialist course from an approved program.
